Week 1: Introduction

Welcome

The country I chose to work with is Hong Kong, located on the South-Eastern edge of China. I chose this country because I have only known Hong Kong for its vibrant city landscapes and I am interested to do deeper research about it. Hong Kong's population is approximately 7.51 million with the official languages being Chinese and English. The country has a subtropical climate with high temperatures during summer ( above 87.8°F) and mild winters (below 50°F).
